We can make special orders on certain items: however please note that all special orders are final sales. Because it is not an item we stock we cannot offer a refund or accept a return. When placing a special order, please make sure you know the item is exactly what you want because once you buy it, it's yours.
We utilize a flat fee based shipping policy. If you select the incorrect shipping fee in the ordering process your order may be held until any underpayment situation is rectified by a direct invoice or payment. We are only as good as the address which you provide us and we will only ship to verified domestic address locations. For foreign shipments we will check the viability of the address by all available means.
If we ship product to a provided and or verified address and it shows delivered it is then considered delivered. We will handle cases of delivered not reported as not received products on a case by case basis. If we elect to replace or reship an item under these circumstances an additional shipping fee will be charged. We are not responsible for items that show delivered to a provided address. In the case of non-delivered items we reserve the right to either replace them at our expense or refund an item to the customer. We do understand that sometimes things occur in shipping and mail becomes lost.
Customs Fees & Duty/Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, duties and taxes on their orders. We make every effort to ensure that the shipment passes quickly through customs with a minimum of customs fees through our shipping documents and packaging, however: we need to include your invoice as a legal requirement with your order, which contains the price of each item and the total amount charged.
Order Damaged In Shipping
Contact CEE GEES, LLC and the shipping carrier immediately if your merchandise has been damaged in shipping. In order for CEE GEES, LLC to file a claim with the carrier, you must save all original packing materials that are damaged. Do not ship merchandise back to us. The carrier may want to see or retrieve the shipment. If these procedures are not followed CEE GEES, LLC cannot guarantee any reimbursement will be issued.
CEE GEES, LLC guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell or produce. If you would like to return an item for an exchange, credit or refund, we are happy to accommodate you. Please follow these procedures to insure a prompt replacement, refund or credit and review our policy on Carbon Parts.
Cee Gees LLC makes every effort to deliver the best product we can possibly make. Should you experience a pad failure or De-lamination issue within the first 90 days of purchase we will replace the product free of charge. After 90 days Cee Gees reserves the right to determine refund status. Product selection: Cee Gees Makes every effort to display the model pad and measurements so that you can best determine the correct pad for your aerobars. If we send out the wrong product we will handle all cost associated with product shipment and collection. If you however select the wrong product please do not open the product and contact us for an exchange. This service runs 7.95 for return shipping and processing.
All Other Items (ControlTech, Cee Gees)
The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Item must be in new or unused condition and must be returned with all original product packaging. When returning an item, it couldn't be simpler. Just e-mail us a firstname.lastname@example.org and give us the following information: Your name, phone number, invoice number and reason for return. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number. (make sure to print this e-mail response to keep with your records).
Next, make a copy of your original invoice and write the RAN number on the bottom left side of that invoice. Box your item up in a suitable mailer and send it to CEE GEES, LLC PO Box 28003 Spokane, WA 99228-8003 ATTN: Return Dept.
It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping cost and to fully insure the item. If we have made an error in your order or the item is somehow defective, CEE GEES, LLC will incur the return shipping costs. Keep a record or you shipment until you have received a replacement or credit for your order. Please allow 7-14 days to process your exchange/refund.
As part of our return policy on all Carbon parts or parts that contain Carbon Fiber elements. Due to the nature of Carbon Fiber and the nature of their use on a bicycle we have a special policy in regards to these parts. Prior to a part being mounted it can be exchanged or returned in alignment with our normal return/exchange policies as outlined above. Once these parts have been mounted they are considered used equipment and cannot be exchanged for refund or credit. So please be advised once you mount Carbon products they are subject to the following warranty policies: CeeGees will only exchange these parts in the case of manufacturer defective materials (as determined by the manufacturer or their duly appointed reps) and upon determination that the parts were mounted correctly within the first 6 months of purchase. If it is determined that bike was crashed or damaged then CEE GEES (and the manufacturer) assumes no further liability for warranty work. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect parts to determine cause and also eliminate the exchange of parts purchased on the Grey Market. Be prepared to provide photographic evidence on warranty claims.
Due to limited availability of some of the products we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. If this causes your multiple item order to be sent in more than one shipment, CEE GEES, LLC will pay postage on all shipments after the first one (except on international orders). Additionally, some lightweight items will be shipped separately via US Mail. We will notify you of when that item is expected to be in stock. If that item is out of stock for more than one month, we will give you the option to keep that order pending or cancel it.
